Notes on Filth and Systems [stream]
In Notes on Filth and Systems, words are delivered at an urgent pace, a narration that explores the meaning of filth as a metaphor for the shortcomings of the translation of reason into technics. In this performance, a number of relations on the organic and technical matter are drawn in order to explore ideas surrounding Machine Learning models. With the aim to offer a new perspective on Artificial Intelligence, a topic that remains polarised between integrated (technophilia) and apocalyptic (technophobia), this performance addresses the human trails built into technology and the (in)possibility of these models to predict future scenarios due to its limitations, approximations, error and vulnerabilities.
